Changing Your KPBSD Account Password

The procedure below illustrates how to change your primary KPBSD account password.

From a browser

Step 1. Navigate to https://go.kpbsd.org/updatepassword

Step 2. Complete the requested fields. Once all fields are completed, click the Submit button.

If successful, the system will confirm that your password has changed.

From a Windows user session

You can also change your account password from a Windows user session on a District Windows device.

Step 1. While logged into a District Windows device (laptop or desktop), type the Ctrl+Alt+Del keystroke. You should see an option labeled Change a password:

Step 2. Click Change a password and configure the inputs presented. Note that the "submit" action may present as a "next" arrow in the last input field (see red circle in image):

Again, you should get a confirmation upon the successful changing of your user password.
