Reset the Voicemail Light on a Cisco IP Phone
Most Cisco IP phones have an indicator light that provides visual notification for new voicemail messages. Occasionally a phone may lose synchronization with a user's voicemail inbox status, resulting in this light being on despite a lack of any new messages.

- Call 8662 from the affected phone.
- The call will not go through (or even ring), but the message light status indicator will be reset.
