How to Check Your District Voicemail

Follow this process to check your voicemail messages from your district computer or directly from the phone. Changes made to saved messages access through either method will synchronize (e.g. a message listened to and deleted from your phone will disappear from Outlook).

Check from Phone

Press the voicemail button on your phone:
Enter your PIN when prompted.
Follow the audio prompts to review and save or delete messages.

Check from Computer

Each voicemail message will show up as an email with an audio attachment of the message in Outlook; simply open this audio attachment to hear the message.
