Setup Your New Cisco Unity Voicemail

Follow this process to setup district voicemail for your phone if you have been assigned a new phone or have been migrated from the district's legacy voicemail system to the new Cisco Unity voicemail system for use with your existing phone.

Steps

Press the voicemail button on your phone:
When you are prompted for your PIN, enter the Default PIN: 142536 and then press #.
Follow the audio prompts to setup a new recorded name in your own voice (optional). If there is already a name other than your own, please contact Information Services to complete the setup process.
Follow the audio prompts to setup a new personalized greeting (optional). This is the message others hear when directed to your voicemail.
Follow the audio prompts to setup a new PIN code.
When prompted with the option to change your listing status in the directory, press # to continue without any changes.
