Registering a New Forms Portal Account

The KPBSD Forms portal (https://forms.kpbsd.org) allows for electronic input and signature on forms related to school enrollment.
Use your existing PowerSchool Parent Portal account to login. If you are unsure whether you already have an account, try using the procedure outlined in Reset KPBSD Forms Portal Password.
If you do not yet have a PowerSchool Parent Portal account and need to establish a new account, continue with the steps below.
Solution
Step 1
Navigate to the KPBSD Forms portal at https://forms.kpbsd.org
Step 2
Click the Register New Account button
Step 3
Enter the requested details, including an email address that is valid. Once entered, click the Create Account button to continue.
Upon account creation, you must verify your email address. Until your email address is validated, you will see the following message when accessing the portal:

Check your email supplied during the registration process for an email containing your KPBSD Forms verification link. Upon clicking the Confirm your email address button contained in the email, you will be taken back to the KPBSD Forms portal.
