Update Voicemail Greeting from Outlook Web App
For users with an assigned Cisco desk phone, follow this process through the Outlook Web App to update your voicemail greeting presented to callers when you are unable to answer.
Solution
Step 1:
First log into the Outlook Web App using your E# and password (same password used for accessing PCs and most other district services).
Step 2:
From the top right corner of the window, select Options and then See All Options... from the drop down menu.
Step 3:
Select Phone from the left navigation menu.
Step 4:
Make sure Default voice mail greeting is selected under Greetings and then click Call me to play or record the selected greeting...
Step 5:
Enter your 4-digit district extension and click Dial.
Step 6:
Finally, answer the automated call and follow the phone prompts to record your greeting as desired.
