Set or Reset Voicemail PIN Code
For users with an assigned Cisco desk phone, follow this process to set or reset your voicemail PIN code used when checking messages or updating voicemail options through your phone. Note: if the below steps do not work as expected, it is possible that the administrative mapping tying your extension to your voicemail has not yet been set up. Feel free to contact the Helpdesk in this case and we'll work through it with you.
Solution
Step 1:
First log into the Outlook Web App using your E# and password (same password used for accessing PCs and most other district services).
Step 2:
From the top right corner of the window, select Options and then See All Options... from the drop down menu.
Step 3:
Select Phone from the left navigation menu.
Step 4:
Select Reset my voice mail PIN... under the Reset PIN section and click OK when prompted.
Step 5:
Check your email inbox for an email with a subject of Your PIN has been reset to access your new PIN code.
